Eye contact builds trust, and forges a more personal, human connection that really resonates with people. How do business harness this powerful tool? Why, with video of course!

Using video to gain more face-to-face exposure is a great way to familiarize your company with current, or future customers. It’s also a good idea if you want to scale up the customer service of a small business that’s expanding, or one that might be too big to offer that one-on-one time that each of your customers deserve.  

Think of the power of a handwritten thank you note. While it might be difficult and cost prohibitive to write thousands of thank you notes to your customers, imagine sending one video to thousands of viewers – much easier (and affordable!) while still maintaining that personal connection.
